Bukola Saraki's assets declaration trial at the code of conduct tribunal, CCT, has been adjourned to November 19, 2015.
The case which came up for hearing today, was last adjourned on October 21, 2015 to allow the Court of Appeal rule on the jurisdiction of the CCT to hear Saraki's case.
The Court of Appeal however ruled in favour of the CCT on October 30, 2015.
Saraki's lawyers today stage a walkout to express their dissatisfaction with the tribunal's, reportedly described the CCT's ruling as judicial rascality.
The CCT however rule that the trial must continue regardless of a pending appeal against the continuation of the case at the Supreme Court.
