Terrorism is Kanu's New Transgression. DSS.

At the trial of Mr Nnamdi kanu, director of Radio Biafra,has taken on a twisted bend as terrorism is now one of his many sins against the state. The prosecuting attorney,Mr Moses Idakwo, asked the court to discontinue the case. "We stumbled on some information that shows the accused was involved in terrorism" Thus implying that the magistrate court no longer has the power over the matter. The magistrate has moved the case to December 1. Meanwhile there were demonstrations in Abuja as the trial was on.
