Supreme Court Stops Saraki's Trial

The Supreme court this morning has stopped the CCT from further prosecuting Senate President, Bukola Saraki.



The panel of 5 judges led by Justice John Fabiyi says:

"In effect further proceedings on the CCT should be stayed. Hearing date will be communicated to all parties in dour course"

The prosecuting Counsel has conceded." No unusual step will be taken by the Federal Government.
