Russian Plane : "External Influence"

Even with the Blackbox of Russia's Plane intact, Russian officials say only an " external influence" could have brought down the plane.



Russia has said that it was impossible for ISIL to shoot down the aircraft.

What "external influence" means is not clear but experts maintain that the plane was designed not to disintegrate mid air.

ISIL  however, still say the shot the plane as a reprisal for Moscow's involvement in Syria.
