While Nigeria, a Country with a population of 175 Million people is struggling with the number of Cabinet Ministers it should have, Africa second largest economy, South Africa, with a population of about 52 million people has 72 Ministers; 35 Ministers and 37 Deputy Ministers.
They even have Minister for traditional affairs. Looking at the whole thing further gives you the impression that the positions are meant to settle political allies of Jacob Zuma, as most of the roles are duplication
Education has 4 Ministers for example.
So far Jacob Zuma wasteful spending cannot be rivalled by any other Africa President.
When converted to Naira, the South Africa Government spends more than 10 billion on the Ministers pay, excluding other allowances.
While Xi Jinping, the Chinese Premier is valued at a $billion of the Chinese GDP for every two Dollars he is paid, South Africa Jacob Zuma rakes in $638 a year for each 1 billion Dollar of the South Africa economy.
That does not include black market allowances for his four wife and their home improvement cost.
US President barack Obama pay of $400,000 per annum is good value at $23 for every $1 billion.
That means, Zuma cost South Africa 319 times more than Xi Jinping cost the Chinese Taxpayers.
That wouldn't be a surprise why South Africa economy is in shambles.
