The Nigeria Telecommunications Commission, NCC, Monday, removed the "Floor plans" for Telecoms operators.
The plan is a form of price control measure which was Introduced in 2013 so that an operator cannot charge higher than others because it has certain advantages. It was meant to protect callers from price competitions.
With this move,one operator can compel customers to use its network by making them pay more for calls to other networks.
