The Court of Appeal in Abuja added another twist in that drama that Nigeria's Judiciary has become.
One of the judges, Moore Adumei dismissed Saraki's appeal for lack of merit, Justice Ekhanem upheld the appeal.
According to Ekhanem, Senator Saraki should not have been brought before the Code of Conduct Tribunal in the first places.
A third member Justice M. Mustapha 'agreed with the lead justice in squashing the appeal".
