How can a farmer have so much unwanted,, under prices food and his children are starving

In a reply to a crude insult about the US by Wada Nas, a tailor that Abacha made a Minister of Special Duties, Carrington said
"Nigeria is that famous shoemaker whose sons go about on bare feet"1998.
