A really bad song with a catchy tune can lodge
itself into your brain and drive you crazy. If you hear it on the
radio, it can haunt you for the rest of the day - and even if you really
dislike it, you may find yourself humming it absentmindedly. The same
thing goes for negative or fearful thoughts. You may be worried about
something that has lodged itself into your brain. It keeps recurring
because you keep "humming" it, or rather giving in to the fear and
letting it take over your mind. It's time to turn off that radio,
